No, when you start a vm, you get a virtual console. And since you refuse to share critical details, like what vm product you are using and what OS the guest VM is running, and (if the guest os is linux, what run level it is set for) we have no way of knowing what is on that console, whether it be a GUI desktop or a command line console.
