I am currently working on EBS R12.2. I have had a play with Fusion and in some respects it is quite similar.
I've heard EBS is about 70% the same as Fusion.
What are the major differences between the 2?

There are some areas where the process is the same, however their are some majors changes related to automation, for example ON fusion supplier can have username and password and access your fusion, and see their financial statements and entering their invoices themselves, the same for customer portal who are now can get direct access to see their statements,
User creation has become part of HR hiring process, by hiring someone on HCM track, automated username will be created to routed direct to his email with their username.
