Not everyone has Forms 6i (that's quite old piece of software) so ... attaching a form won't help much. We can't run it anyway as we don't have your tables nor data.
Perhaps you should explain what you did and how Oracle responded.
Was there any error? If so, which one?
If not, what happened when you tried to save data (BTW, how did you do that? By clicking the "Save" icon, or ...?).
Is there a KEY-COMMIT trigger which prevents you from saving data?
How did you check it (i.e. how do you know that nothing was saved)?
